The client was preparing the property for sale and the existing decoration was not of a level that was in keeping with the rest of the property.  This involved the following tasks:

• remove many layers of old wallpaper
• repair areas of cracked and missing plaster
• apply new lining paper
• paint all walls and ceiling
• sand all woodwork and varnish
• remove and clean radiators, apply new paint
• arrange new carpet to be fitted on completion of works
