This was a major project which involved relocating the kitchen and creating a utility room.  JD Home Improvements acted as project manager for the refit, organising for other specialist tradesmen (e.g. gas) as well as completing the following services:

• building a new partition wall
• laying floor boards
• removing the tiled fireplace and plastering over the recess 
• fitting the new kitchen units and worktops, cutting to size etc
• plumbing in the new sink, dishwasher and washing machine
• installing double sockets, under counter sockets and strip lighting etc
• fitting ducting for hob hood and externally venting
• removing a cupboard and building a window seat
• removing existing units, sink and tiles in old kitchen
• plastering
• joinery (cutting & fitting wooden worktops)
